What We Offer:

During Preparation:

  • Our wedding planner team will devise a budget tailored to your preferences and vendor selections.
  • We’ll identify, hire, and facilitate payments for all wedding professionals, including venue, accommodation, transportation, catering, decor, photography, cinematography, makeup artists, hair stylists, officiant, and necessary audiovisual equipment.
  • We’ll liaise with vendors and venue management to handle logistics, scheduling, and develop an itinerary, scheduling pre-wedding visits and appointments.*
  • Our team will collaborate with you and selected vendors to prepare a detailed rundown and itinerary well in advance of the wedding date.
  • We provide unlimited prompt assistance via email, messenger, video, and phone calls leading up to your wedding day, and manage, organize, and coordinate every aspect of your wedding day.

A Week Before The Big Day:

  • We’ll coordinate with the venue and service providers to ensure smooth logistics and scheduling.
  • Conduct a wedding rehearsal and final meeting with all service providers.
  • Assist with the rehearsal at the venue, if available.

On Your Big Day:

  • An event manager and team will oversee the entire event, from preparation to completion, working closely with the venue and vendors.
  • We’ll ensure all services are provided promptly and professionally.
  • Our team will provide full coordination throughout your wedding day, handling any issues that may arise.
  • Organize transportation for guests from hotels to the venue (vehicle not included).*
  • Coordinate any necessary adjustments due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

What Is Not Included:

  • Trial services like food tastings or hair trials will incur additional charges.
  • Services unrelated to wedding planning, such as holiday arrangements or restaurant bookings.
  • Meals for crew and vendors on the wedding day and rehearsal.
  • RSVP service.
  • Transportation arrangement and reservation service.
  • Transportation charges for vendors or participants.
  • Bank charges are the client’s responsibility.
