In the beginning we start with organizing wedding event, and by the time goes we develop our expertise in engagement, birthday and corporate gathering.
How do you determine your fees for event planning services?
We determine the fees based on the hours coverage, crews on duty and guest number.
Can you help me find and secure a suitable venue for my event?
Yes, we could ๐ After dealing with our service fee we will continue to discuss the event concept and submit the quotation with several options of venue which are suitable with your event.
Do you provide assistance with event design and theme development?
Yes, we do ๐

Will you handle all communication and coordination with vendors?
Yes, we will be the bridge between client and all the vendors.

How do you handle unexpected changes or emergencies during the event?
Actually we will discuss plan B about the weather situation at the technical meeting, and everything that happens on the day would be under agreement with the client.
We will ask permission for all decisions that we take so everything will be clear on the two sides.

What is your approach to budget management for events?
After being settled with the concept and themes, we have 2 kind of approaches about the budget management.
1) We will start to propose quotations from all the vendors. We will give options and portfolios to be selected by the client.
2) The client would give us the specific budget for the event and we will arrange it based on the budget.
How involved will I be in the planning process, and what is expected of me?
As a client, you will be the decision maker. We expect you to give a fast response and make a decision ๐ So all the process would be smooth and efficient.
Will there be a dedicated point of contact from your team on the day of the event?
Yes sure we will give assistant to manage the client’s needs on the day of the event.
Do you offer day-of coordination services?
Yes we will do the coordination during the planning process until the day of the event.ย
Could you assist with arranging transportation and accommodations for guests?
Yes we could assist but depends on the service plans that you choose.
What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling of events?
No show will be charged 100% of the total price.
The down payment will be considered forfeited if there is cancellation from the clients.
Rescheduling is permitted if due to force majeure, epidemic, or serious illness.
How do you ensure that my event reflects my vision and objectives?
We are very confident because you will be involved in every small step of preparation for your big day.
Could you accommodate dietary restrictions or special menu requests for catering?
Yes, we could accommodate this ๐
How do you ensure that the event stays within the allocated budget and timeline?
We are very confident because we will always submit budgeting and ask for client approval for every decision. Payment must be paid in full 7 days before the day. As the event organizer, one of our duty is to be the time keeper, we ensure that the timeline is on track ๐
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests you can accommodate for events?
No, there is no limitation, we could arrange and custom make our services ๐
